I agree 100% with you. I would rather spend the money upfront then have to pay a even greater amount later b/c of lawsuits. It is a shame we live in a ''sue first'' world, but schools have to make sure they take every precaution necessary.

Here is my humble synopsis of Central Pa weather:
Dec, Jan, Feb, March= Cold and snow
April, May= A little warmer and Rain
June, July, Aug, early Sept= Hot and 99.9% of rain at some point in the afternoon

I think this is a brilliant idea. I know when I lived in Japan, anyone who got a DUI had a different license plate. At night, the plate had some type of lighting on it that made it look neon blue. This way you knew they had a previous DUI and could stay away from them.

I was wondering the same thing. Sometimes I check the on screen guide and it says new, then a different episode is shown, generally a repeat.
