    York Steeler, unfortunately, the mileage is not from Baltimore to Harrisburg. Its from Baltimiore to this television ''market;'' which is defined as the Harrisburg/York/Lancaster/Lebanon market. Because this market includes York, we fall within the 75 mile radius.
