Should a grieving family be allowed to place a memorial for a loved one alongside the road, in front of someone else's house, without their permission?

CBS 21 News did cover the Geedy trial on Thursday and reported that after less than two hours he was found guilty of first degree murder. He will be sentenced next month and is expected to get life in prison.
