I know about some of the calls that have been made and it seems nothing has been done. I do Know that Sue Helm spoke to my mother on getting more info EVEN ABout HOW Blue SHield could send a letter out SO many months after the Insurance was canceled. It seems MANY did wrong.. TAD OF COURSE first but I dont get how Blue Shield could do that either..
