This is so sad, not only for the dog, but what this man has been through and now living in his car.  He has lost everything, family, home and now his best friend, his dog.  Please give him the dog back, he believes the dog was safe in the car, don't rub salt in his wounds, by keeping this dog from him. Work something out that the dog can be returned.

GIVE THE DOG BACK

Why would you take the dog from this man.  He seems like a fine upstanding citizen and truly loves his dog.  After looking at the picture of the dog, it does not look he has been neglected or abused.  I would be the first one to convict if I saw an animal being abused or neglected. There are lot of animals at the Humane Society that need loving homes and probably will never have the opportunity to be adopted in to one.   

Come on - Do you have enough evidence to warrant this drastic action - unless it is strong evidence to justify this action, please let the man have his dog.
