I think we wouldn't need a stimulus bill if we could hold onto jobs. Maybe we should temporarily suspend the "employed at will". They would need a valid reason to terminate your job. It would give people a greater sense of stability and maybe get people to start spending normally. Once we spend normally - the businesses would stabilize.
