Anybody see the clip about Turbine Airfoil Designs in Harrisburg?

I used to work there. They are real losers.

Stealing the employees money. They owe tens of thousands of dollars to their ex-employees.

I hope they get what they deserve! Can't wait to see the interview with their president at 11! Thanks 21 news!

My Mom works there and has been there for Many years what they did was horrible.. how can I access whats already been on about it.. One Guy even had to stop his Chemo treatments for Cancer because of all his bills and not able to pay for it.. Its Horrible.. Also SHAME On the Patriot News for Hanging up on the people who tried to call them a while back about this situation.... THANKS NEWS 21 WAY TO GO!!  I feel bad for all these people with outstanding medical bills.. theres Even times where their Paycheck bounced recently... SAD SAD SAD.. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!

My Father worked there since the doors opened all the way back when it was TRW,he left there this past Sept. 08 for a operation he has throat cancer,he had left on medical leave, then then in Jan. of 09 they tried to lay him off,but couln't do that he is on medical leave, so after that he gets a letter he had to start paying his insurance out of his own pocket which he did. He had the check there before it was suppose to be there, then a weekend was coming up he needed his feeding tube medicine, and he had 3 more chemo and radiation sessions to do, only for the pharmacy to call my mother back after she called in his presciption to find out his insurance was cancelled, so right away she gets on the phone with Ann Richie a lady who is taking so called care of it, to only be pushed around saying the meds. would be here they TAD was charging it on there creditcard so I myself call the pharmacy he knew nothing of it i called her back 2 times nothing from her until monday morning, so my father had to go all weekend with out his medicine and cancell the rest of his chemo and radiation app.So my question is to these DIRTY DOGS where is my fathers money he had to pay out of his own pocketand now he is sitting suffering with close to 80,000.00 due in medical bills left to him because someone down there has sticky fingers and the money isn't getting where it belongs.and one last question for the owner of the company what did he do with all the grant money he got and the recent loan he got of 750,000.00 to pay the medical coverage, COME ON PEOPLE THERE IS A RAT IN THE SEWER AND HE IS IN CHARGE, I JUST HOPE THAT S.O.B. CAN SLEEP WELL AT NIGHT BECAUSE MY FATHER SURE CANNOT. GOOD JOB 21

I know exactly who you are both talking about.

Frazier is trying to blame this stuff on the recent economy. They have been pulling this crap for at least 2 years.

I emailed Samica letting her know that it is not just the health insurance that they were messing with. They also were taking union dues, accident and life insurance premiums, 401k, child support and activity committee money and using it for other things. God only knows were the grant and loan money went.

Many of us can face the fact that times are hard, and some drastic measures were taken, but their outright ignorance is what takes the cake. Ignoring your phone calls and emails when you have a question about medical bills or other important stuff is just plain ignorant, especially when you should not have to be the one even dealing with those issues. I think they should be made to:

1. pay everybody's medical balances due

2. pay everyone their premiums back since 10/01/2008

There may or may not be a civil lawsuit in the future, but it seems they will just keep doing what they are doing until someone pays. I really hope there is some prison time in someone's future.

As for the joke about TAD straightening out this issue in the next few days, and continuing to do business....it is just that, A JOKE!

I feel for you and your family, as I also am a former employee of TAD Inc.

I personelly have seen the pain and suffering this company has inflicted on its employee's. I cannot believe how this company has got away with all the infractions it has.

May God bless you and your family in the future (you will be in our prayers), and I thank God for Samica Knight and the CBS crew for their hard work on this article, I feel they have just scratched the surface and these crooks should be sleeping in an 8X8 cell, and that is really being generous !!!!!!

As was said before they have been doing this for years. They used to have AFLAC paynents deducted from There pay to but after three months they got a letter from AFLAC saying they never recieved payments. TAD kept all the payments and never sent them in. Nothing happened over that.

FINALLY! Someone is getting to the bottom of this mess! On top of everything else written here what about the mental anguish concerning the job itself? They tell the guys they are permanently laid off only to call back 3 days later and say come back. Then a week and half later they do the EXACT same thing. Talk about a roller coaster ride! This on top of the insurance mess. This used to a great place to work. Now all these people don't have a clue as their future! TAD has messed up so many peoples lives. I hope somebody is held accountable!

Shame should be spread all around, for ignoring our emails and phone calls with CONSTANT pleas for help !!

Yes the word is Finally out there. I thank god for that. Maybe now us employees can get some peace, and some of the wrongs will be made right. The economy had little to do with the issues that they were having however. These problems have been going on for a couple years now. It continually went down hill and just never stopped. As usual the untruths fom the company never stop. I thought that at least if it was going on the record that some honesty would come out of T.A.D, I guess I was wrong. These issues need to be solved, and fixed. Thank you for your support and replies. Oh and it never stops, We were supposed to get a paycheck today. Well guess what??? No check. I will be very interested in seeing what they have to say for themselves now.

It is nice to see all of the publicity this has caused. Good for those guys who put themselves out there and went live on TV.  I am sure these clowns are not the only one's to pull this crap recently, but it has been like this for a long time. The economy issue is an excuse that I knew they would try to use. They have a short memory. How about all of the people that threatened to quit over the years, and they kept throwing money at them to stay? Wasting precious money on overpaid service personnnel, while the real workers paychecks are bouncing.

Murdock, good luck with that paycheck. We are all still waiting on our vacation days pay too. These people are so far behind, I am sure we will never see what they owe us. Can you imagine if they hang around to Contract time? Everyone on the floor will be making minimum wage with no benefits, while the upper management makes upper 5 to lower 6 figure incomes.

The excuses, they just keep comming don't they? It's sickening, it's getting old.

TADs quality was lax to say the least. Not to mention the continuous broken promises between TAD and their customers. That is why our customers bailed. Not because of the economy.

Most of us truly cared and did what we could to help TAD stay afloat but when you have people at the top making decisions who have no clue, it's like hitting a brick wall everytime.

The sad part of it is that probably nothing is going to happen to them why.

They are a corperation they will find all kinds of loop holes to dive into. This country protects people like this because they have money and the right friends and know how to use the system. They will use the system like they always have. The little people that get the shaft have no protection really, if they get any comp. it will be to late for some that have already lost there homes because of these bills. You try and tell the doctors and hopitals that this place stole from you, they do not care they want there money and they will get it no matter what they have to do. These guys will just move on and find another company to buy and bleed it dry to. I pray I am wrong.

Maybe the right thing will happen for once with this place.

It is Sad that these people did this and may possibly get away with it.. Also that Richie lady or whatever her name was made it sound like the Employees knew the business wasnt doing well and such.. OK YEa the economy sucks but try to make it sound like they should have known about the insurance.. Try to point the finger anywhere but where it should go.. ALSO  WHY DID BLUE SHIELD Take so long to inform the people their insurance was no longer active.. i think they should have only had 30 days for somethin like that.. This seems soo unfair my moms an employee and Im thankful that she doesnt have crazy bills like this But I feel bad for the families that do.. ESP Nikki I know your dad my mom and him used to drive together.. And ITS HORRIBLE about all this... But I know the few stories on the news and Nikkis is just a few of the MANY!!!!! My mom started to tell me about diff things they keep finding out.. LIKE WHY the Investors have dont CRAP before they get all this money and then RUN the companies into the hole.. And Just so much but there is people who are FINIALLY Listening and Now its not just  CBS.. Some people with a little more power now are also listening and looking into things and I hope things get done.. I hope the crooks pay and the people get the help they need. I Somehow think this will be a long process but I pray that these people will get some kinda of reimbursement...  I bet The PATROIT is ALSO Listening now and NOT HANGING Up on people...

This company has preyed on people like us as a dinner or should I say Yachts and Mansions, check their track record, Anne Richie is nothing more than a glorfied bankruptcy lawyer for John Walton, ask her what happened to the last company Walton purchased and she helped bankrupt.( I believe it was a Spring Company (hint - hint) She was so good at making him money on the last failure, he hired her full time for our company to go bankrupt !!!!!!! No one seems to get it, this place only has 5 yrs of free taxes here in Hbg. PA....the party is over,they ran the place into the ground, sucked every last dime out of it,ran the machinery into the ground, and all they need to do is last out the 5 yrs and they will probably be scott free with all Grants and Procedes from the property and building purchase, which he got for pennies on the dollar (1 million for both ????) *** real estate got cheap for some people, and he will turn it into another profit for the minority Walton company or group or whatever it is called now since I hear Johnson bailed out, when he i is done bankrupting us and screwing all the creditors he possibly can (ask Grangers, Pratt and Whitney,GE, Chromalloy NY, The Electric, and Gas companies just to mention a few, needless to mention employee medical benefits etc.

. It must be nice to sell the business to yourself in another company name (charge exuberant rent) and pay yourself first before paying bills or employee pay checks. I really hope 21 is serious about checking into this company's finances, what a can of worms if this is true!!!!! What a sad sad sad joke !!!!! Go 21 news !!!!!!!!!
