Prisoners upset at missing their exercise time now have the right to know the state's definition of "inclement weather."

Inmates are supposed to get two hours daily of outdoor exercise, but inmates say those hours are regularly cancelled because of weather most people would not think of as bad.

Do you think prisoners have the right to know this information?

I think when you commit a crime you should give up all your rights.

I think they should be allowed outdoor exercise ONLY during incelement weather.

When you enter prison a person should be stripped of all rights...What its not good enough that they are living off our tax dollars now we should feel incline to clarify ourself to a prisoner on what should be a question is undoubted.
