my sons`s girlfriend, who is 19, just bought a used car.
It was not bought as is.
She financed it at a 25% interest rate.
She only had it 2 days, when it showed problems, of not only transmission problems, ie,shifting, poor performance, the exhaust fell off, windshield was replaced incorrectly, showing signs that the vehicle was wrecked or vandalized and was not divulged by the used car dealership
Does this girl have any recourse, other than an attorney, which she cannot afford, to make this used car dealer make it right?
She paid over blue book value for this car.
She is absolutely heartbroken,because she cannot pay for the repairs on top of the payments.
any advice would be greatly appreciated, and highly valued.
