EXCUSE ME BUT AREN"T THEY IN A RETAIL ENVIROMENT WHERE MOST EMPLOYERS WOULD EXPECT OR DEMAND THAT OR FIRE THEM. MAYBE OUR GOVT SHOULD SPEND SOME MONEY TO LOCATE A FEW RUDE EMPLOYEES AND FIRE THEM,. OH WAIT THEY PROPAPLY HAVE A UNION SO THERE ALLOWED TO BE RUDE, THEY MIGHT HAVE GOT UP ON THE WRONG SIDE OF THE BED. OR WHO NOWS WHAT. AND WE WONDER WHY OUR GOVT IS BEYOND BROKE.

This is absolutely ludicrous, seems to me that it is high time we dump the state LCB system; especially if it's administrators are not smart enough to hire people who already understand how to be polite. If the powers that be persist in hiring uncouth people to serve the public, they could at least train them while they're showing them how to work the register -- there is no need pay for special "training". Especially in this day and age and with the state of PA's economy!

They better put that money back in the basket...it needs to go to a worthy cause.
