PA Tax Refunds

I am very upset that I have not yet received my PA Refund, The IRS received my taxes on 3/18/08 and I still have not received my refund yet. The first time I called I was told that it would be 3 more weeks before it would be received. I just called again today 5/14/08 and I was told it would be at least 3 weeks or more because they are just processing returns for the month of March 08, 2008. I am sure that the rebate refunds are already being sent out. I am very upset and confused and on top of all that when you called trying to get a straight answer the workers or representives are very kurt and coy like you are bothering them or you owe them something. That is my money that I earned. I do not owe the IRS nothing they owe me. If you owe them they want their funds immediately and will try to threaten you if you are late getting it to them. I feel something should be done. It is rediculous to have to wait this long.

If they need help they need to hire more help or contract it out so they can complete the returns in timely fashion. If you are one day late with filing they penalize you and got the nerve to add interest to what you owe. I want to know who to contact to voice my concerns. I would like to know who and what official I can confront.

I just heard at work today of some woman found dead by her boyfriend a few days ago in Lower Allen Township. But looking in the newspapers from Thursday and Friday there's nothing said about this. The news here about it didn't give much information except there's no danger. LOL! (I heard of the Harrisburg police not telling people when there was danger that there was the danger of the muggers running around a while ago!) So what's going on? Does "no danger" mean she died naturally? Or "no danger" means they need a few more of us dead for evidence of some psycho killer running around here?
