&lt;P&gt;Inmates are supposed to get two hours daily of outdoor exercise, but inmates say those hours are regularly cancelled because of weather most people would not think of as bad.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you think prisoners have the right to know this information? &lt;/P&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
