SHANE OR WHOMEVER, PLEASE EXPLAIN TONIGHT'S WEATHER

    Good evening everyone,

I have the news on in the background, which updates me quite often as to the weather, but I nearly got blown away just crossing the street with my dog who is no slouch by any means and neither am I. He is an English Labradour Retriever and to say the least, we both need a major diet.

Do you have any idea what kind of winds we are having in Middletown around the train station and the high-rise which is on Mill Street. We live on the 6th floor in the hi-rise and I am to assume it is realitively safe here considering we are also on the water, about 15 miles from the outskirts of Harrisburg.

Just any suggestions though sitting here as I said, at the window with the best possible warm winds, but do they stay warm or what?

I hear of power outages on CBS-channel 21 and as I use oxygen, portable as well, is this enough wind to do damage coming through a high-rise window?

Please advise. I defer to your expertise.

    Many thanks,

    Joanie
