TAD employees,
If any worker has information on the shipment of possibly or potentially defective parts from the TAD facility, please send your information to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Should defective parts from TAD be used in aircraft and an airline disaster occurs, TAD management and its owner would be held accountable for the tragedy. It is better to ground several airplanes in order to check them for defects and tolerances, etc., than to take the risk of withholding such information when hundreds of lives could be at stake! It would also be advisable to contact the Defense Department (not listed here) since parts from TAD have been incorporated into military aircraft.
