    Dog

I think the 73 year old man should get his dog back. There was no reason the cop should of taken the dog without talking to him. If the windows were down there should of been no problem. I just saw 2 dogs in the back of a truck in 90 degree weather and they were fine just waiting for their owner to come out.

There is now an article on PennLive with pictures of the car.  You can check it out, if you can stand it!  The dog was in terrible conditions.  There was *** all over the back seat, and the dog was standing in it, or if he decided to lay down, he would have to lay it the dirt.

I hope WHP will report the story, since the truth is now out.

POOP isn't Graphic.  It's just Poop!   People do it in their pants.  Like they really Suffer from it.

I have actually seen POOP in the CAGES at the Humane Society.  One dog had it smeared all over.

    OH What Cruelty!

The dog Baron was well kept and Groomed.  NO Matted Hairs.pulling the skin from his body.  That's what you call suffering.

Dogs can Adapt to Most Environment, EXCEPT FOR THIS:,

SPCA exec's dog dies after being left in hot car

    Quote:
RICHMOND, Virginia - An executive for an anti-animal cruelty group says her 16-year-old blind and deaf dog died after she accidentally left him in her hot car for four hours.
Robin Starr, the CEO of the Richmond Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, says she didn't realize "Louie" was in the car until noon. Starr's husband, Ed, told the Richmond Times-Dispatch he put the dog in her car as she got ready for work Aug. 19. She often took the dog to work with her.
Robin Starr took the dog to two clinics, but he died of kidney failure

I'm sure you can find anything if you look hard enough.  I don't understand how what happened in VA has to do with this story.

I've heard the Humane Society left a note on Mr. Thomas' windshield, to let him know what happen to his dog.  He was so traumatized, 2 days later the Humane Society had to track him down at one of his favorite restaurants.  He hadn't even contacted them about the dog he can't live without.

Everybody is jumping to conclusions without hearing the whole story.  The Humane Society even had to hire security because of all the threats they've been receiving.

I can't help but wonder, if it wasn't for the press coverage, if the lawyer would have still taken the case.

    Re: Dog

You're assuming this and assuming that by what you hear.  Read the court documents filed by the Humane Society.

They went to his motel room to serve him papers to release the dog over to them or they would prosecute him.   In my eyes, that was a Threat to the Man.

The dog did not have POOP all over him.  Just around his paws.  The dog WAS NOT dirty all over but clean and well kept .  The man had documents from his VET showing the dog was cared for.

Stop assuming this and assuming that.  Everything  is only your opinion that you write.   Get the facts.
