Where is your outrage on the circumstances of the people who are being screwed by Turbine Airfoil Designs spacecowboy?

You offer condolences but seem to be an advocate of this company and its incompressible deeds ??

What if this was your father , brother, mother ???

Isn't there somewhere on the web you can accidently cross upon, telling the people of TAD how RIGHTOUS THEY ARE ???

I wanted to pass along some info regarding Rich Hoys services. From what I understand, a viewing will be held tomorrow (Tues) from 10-11am at Hoover Funeral Home in Millersburg. Services to follow after the viewing.

If I am wrong or if anyone has more info, please share.

MILLERSBURG Richard P. Hoy, Jr.- 65- of 402 Schoolhouse Lane, died Saturday June 13, 2009 at his residence
He was born April 29, 1944 in Millersburg, PA son of the late Richard P. Hoy, Sr. and Beulah Morgan Hoy who survives him of Shamokin Dam.
He was retired from TAD (former TRW).
He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Rife; Millersburg Moose Lodge #59; Susquehanna Lodge #364 F&AM and the TRW Pioneers .
Surviving in addition to his mother is his wife Annette Bucher Hoy; a son Rick and his wife Mary of Herndon; two daughters Angela Hoy and Nicole Hoy both of Millersburg; two sisters Barbara Hill of Sunbury and Linda Erdman of Rehobeth Beach, DE; 10 Grandchildren, a great grandson.
Services will be held at Hoover-Boyer Funeral Home in Millersburg on Tuesday June 16, 2009 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Elizabeth George officiating.
Burial will be in Riverview Memorial Gardens in Halifax.
Viewing will be from 10-11 AM on Tuesday at the funeral home.
Memorial Donations may be made to Hospice of Central PA PO Box 266 Enola, PA 17025.

WHAT A HELL OF A MAN, HE WILL BE MISSD IN OUR HEARTS AND SOULS!!!!

TOO SAY HE WAS A SPECIAL PERSON AND MAN, WOULD BE AN UNDERSTATEMENT AT BEST.

 

Has anyone heard anything about the unpaid medical bills ? Where they are at in the negotiations with the providers ? Did the Union Lawyer get a price reduction for the company ? When if ever will we hear from the Union about this ? Why are the people not kept abreast of this situation ? How can this dilemma be solved ? Is it true that they are not paying the taxes taking off your checks to the Gov. agencies where they are suppose to go ? If so, what can be done about it ? Whats the deal with the pay day scenario of only being paid a percentage of what is owed to you and how long can they get away with it? Why call people back to work when you can't afford to pay them ? 1 last question, Where is the compassion that Ben showed on that other News station for his employee's that he says he knows and cares so Deeply about, why in the world would you put these people through this ?

Assuming you are either a current or ex TAD employee, Did you receive the letter from the Attorney General that most of us have received just this week? If you didn't let me know and I'd be happy to scan a copy for you to print.

It looks like a lengthy not so cut and dry form to fill out. Again asking for info that we have all (im sure) already provided TAD with ie; copies of EOBs etc.

My husband briefly skimmed through the letter and if he is not mistaken they are asking for proof that we had the premiums deducted from our paychecks..I am assuming they mean pay stubs? Apparently they missed the part of our story where we weren't getting stubs showing deductions? Who knows, sounds to me that it's just one more thing for all of us to have to jump through hoops for to get any resolution. If there ever is one.

I also recieved the letter too..... not too complicated...I am complying with its insrtuctions SOS of medical bills incurred etc. .... but i do hear News at 11 may be picking up on this also....soon I hear .....(they also have a copy).... we will see, I sincerely hope very soon !!!!!

Did anyone else receive a Questionier from the IRS too,  asking for copies of pay stubs for cash payments, checks, etc. for the last years pay ?

I also received a letter from the Attorney General and it will be returned within the week.  I did not receive a letter from the IRS but am planning to see them, Dept. of Revenue of Pa., Capitol Area Tax Bureau, and Social Security in person about our taxes being paid up to date.  A consultant told me if you see these people take last years W-2 along as it has a company I.D. number on it.

Apparently the IRS is concerned about this company's past and present pratices???? Hope Anne Ritchey has lots of time on her hands or ---hand cuffs !!! one or the other, THE NOOSE SEEMS TO BE GETTING A LITTLE TIGHTER NOW !!!
HER NAME IS THE CONTACT PERSON FOR ALL THIS BS !!!

NEWS AT 11 !! ( SOON I REALLY HOPE )

   Went to the Capitol Area Tax Bureau today.  They said some monies were sent in.

   I then asked if my taxes were paid up.

   We can't tell you until the end of the year until we get your W-2 statement.

   I then asked what if I do not get one, after all, I have no year to date statement as of yet.

   They said save your check stubs.

   What if I did not receive check stubs for each and every pay period.

   Then they said you will have to take that up with IRS.

   I will be talking to the IRS fellows next to see if those taxes are current or whatever.

The year to date statements you are aquiring about. Hasn't happened since Feb.2009 and when we recieved them, they never quite added up. Deduction amounts and totals for year to date were so bad that it will take the IRS years to figure out, they may need help from NASA cause these figures were outta this world. Good luck with your adventure at the IRS, I certainly hope they will help you and us all with getting the real figures we will need come tax time.

The IRS is already looking into this company's funds AND LACK OF PAYMENTS. It will take awhile but I am sure, THE OUTCOME IT WILL NOT BE GOOD !!
