EXCUSE ME BUT AREN"T THEY IN A RETAIL ENVIROMENT WHERE MOST EMPLOYERS WOULD EXPECT OR DEMAND THAT  OR FIRE THEM. MAYBE OUR GOVT SHOULD SPEND SOME MONEY TO LOCATE A FEW RUDE EMPLOYEES AND FIRE THEM,. OH WAIT THEY PROPAPLY HAVE A UNION SO THERE ALLOWED TO BE RUDE, THEY MIGHT HAVE GOT UP ON THE WRONG SIDE OF THE BED. OR WHO NOWS WHAT.  AND WE WONDER WHY OUR GOVT IS BEYOND BROKE.

Based on the current economy situation this is the most ridiculous thing I've heard.  Give the $173,000 to the senior citizens that cannot afford to pay for medication, or wait...maybe the money should be used to fix the horrisble roads in PA !  or better yet, divide it among the STATE employees that are going to lose their job, the folks that Rendell doesn't want to hear WHINE !!.  Better yet, take the $173,000 from Rendell's salary to pay for it.  

Lets piss more money away in the name of politeness....maybe we need a $50,000 survey first done my a senators brother !!
