It is obvious that actions of the owners/managers of this company is shameful at best and criminal at worst.  With preconceived knowledge they took money from their employees with whom they contractually agreed to provide a benefit (medical coverage) and diverted the money for some other purpose.  The employees acted in good faith, but the employer was deceptive in their actions. 
I my business we have 85 employees, and we too have been hurt by the current recession.  We have kept our employees well informed of the financial status of the company throughout this ordeal, because the health of the company obviously effects the security of their jobs and benefits.  It has been said that health care is immune from the recession, but sadly this is not true.  We chose to let go a physician,   two Physician's Assistants, and decrease all the doctor salaries by 60% rather than let any of our staff go or reduce their benefits.  Sadly, there are no raises and we don't expect any, but at least everyone has jobs.  I doubt the owners/managers would have thought of making similar sacrifices for their employees. 
This owners/managers of T.A.D. are legally liable for the benefits which they agreed to provide.  The employees should contact the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission and file suit.   I am sure that your state's attorney general may also be able to investigate for possible criminal charges.   Find out who is running for office (congress or state representative) in 2010 and contact them.  They may want to help you just for the positive publicity. 

I have already filed papers with the PA Attorney General and was told that they couldn't help me and I should call the police.

OH MY GOD, I JUST HEARD BEN WAS HAVING A HARD TIME SLEEPING AT NIGHT WITH ALL OUR PROBLEMS AND HOW THE POOR COMPANY AND THE ECONMY HAS CAUSED THIS. ( I was almost in tears for the poor guy !!!!!!  LMAO)

They ran this company into the ground years before this poor bad economy !!!

He gets plenty of sleep in his office in between polishing his golf clubs, and I'm sure he sleeps well on that 6 figure paycheck !!! If he really feels so bad, let him donate 1 months pay to cover the Insurance bill. Or let Ben, Anne and Tom donate 1/3 of their months pay?????? Hell that would cover all the problems they can't seem to sleep over due to the Insurance shortage and understandable outrage of employees.

Here is our mismanagement at its best. (Poor Management that never lied, raped or scewed its employees and vendors/creditors on purpose, they never new what happened or was about to happen after running up thousands and thousands of $ in debt against us ??? but they only run the company....how could they know ????)  TO QUOTE ANNE RICHIE; "THATS A GOOD QUESTION"

BETTER YET----WHERE WAS (OUR OWNER) JOHN WALTON AND  (OUR CFO ) ANNE RICHIE.... FOR ALL THESE GOOD QUESTIONS ASK TODAY ???????

I think it is 1,527 give or take a few. Don't quote me on that lol. I often wonder if being 'minority owned' has any impact at all on this. After all, these guys used this phrase as their staple from day one. We got it shoved down our throat on a regular basis, and it was a huge selling point to get McCain in for a tour. We all know how that ended up working out...

Wow what a great post Jilted im rotflmao. Yes i totally agree with you.Maybe they can get that minority jail cell !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ancient proverb says if you keep telling same lies over and over again you will soon believe them.

I must give them credit, They have done what no other company ever let happen here in 80 years or so, Bankrupt it !!!

I would personally like THE TIME to thank ...OWNER "JOHN WALTON",..... ACCOUNTANT "CHUCK WASHINGTON", ....CFO "ANNE RICHIE", ...PRESIDENT "BEN FRAZIER", AND LAST BUT IN NO WAY THE LEAST,....VICE PRESIDENT "TOM GARDNER". 

Take all the Grant, Loans, Insurance, and Creditor Debt Monies and run !!!!

Don't look back at the devastated families you have left in financial ruin and jobless(due to the superb mismanagement of TAD INC).

Just look at the bulge in your pockets and smile when you exit.

Dont forget to turn the lights out PP&L would appreciate it after ALL you owe them too.

Bens still sticking to that Economy fairytale, when it was mismanagement that really ran this place into the ground.Everyone knows we were in BIG TROUBLE before Mc'cains visit.
