McKinley Rouse, Jr., of the
Office of Vocational Rehabilitation Bureau of Blindness and Visual Services in
Harrisburg, will speak at the next meeting of the Low Vision Support Group,
which meets Thurs., July 9, from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the Garden West Conference
Room at Garden Spot Village, 433 S. Kinzer Ave., New Holland. The program is
