The Central Pennsylvania Over Thirty Baseball League will sponsor a benefit All-Star game at Commerce Bank Park, home of the Harrisburg Senators, on City Island, Harrisburg, on Saturday, August 2, 2008 at 2:00 p.m.
The game will be preceded by a Home Run Derby beginning at 12:00. Children from Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Harrisburg will be allowed on the field to shag balls in the outfield during the Derby.Admission is free for fans. Proceeds collected from entry fees charged to players will benefit Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Harrisburg. Food and bottled water can be purchased at the concession stands on the Island.
