Miranda Joy Foundation to Hold It’s 3rd Annual Family Fun Walk
For Awareness of Shaken Baby Syndrome
New Cumberland, PA - The Miranda Joy Foundation will hold it’s 3rdAnnual Family Fun Walk starting at the PNC parking lot located on Bridge Street, New Cumberland, Pa on April 26, 2008 This Family Fun Walk is to increase awareness and prevention of Shaken Baby Syndrome. The Walk will begin at 10AM for registration and continue with the walk at 11AM. The foundation will also hold a yard sale. Along with clothing, household items, collectibles, office equipment, homemade baked goods and other goodies will be for sale. Miranda Joy cook books will be available to purchase (recipes from our members all over the country). Everyone walking will receive our wristbands which will help you to spread the word about Miranda Joy Foundation.
There will also be a door prize ticket sale. You may purchase tickets ahead of time. Contact any of our members or the Miranda Joy Foundation.
The Miranda Joy Foundation is a nonprofit organization that was founded to assist/aid victims of and educate the public about Shaken Baby Syndrome. The foundation was created in memory of 4 ½ month old Miranda Joy Raymond who was shaken to death by her father in October 2004.
