The &amp;quot;drive&amp;quot; I live on does not meet township standards, as a result they (the township) will not plow it. Each year we need to negotiate with a private contractor to come in and remove the snow and ice from our little &amp;quot;drive&amp;quot;. There is a big difference, we are a condominium , so technically we are private property and not only do we have to negotiate the plowing, but the clearing of the walks as well. We are also close too twenty years old. Even back then roads were not built to standard.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;My point (finally!!!) is this. Perhaps the residents of Red Bird Lane may want to consider forming an association and contributing to hire a private contractor to clear their &amp;quot;road&amp;quot;.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Thanks Shannon, for bringing another less than reputable contractor into the spotlight. Maybe someday legislation will be passed to hold these guys accountable.</description></item></channel></rss>
