Ernie Accorsi is by most accounts a private man, but he'll be a featured speaker next week at monthly meeting for the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame's Capital Area Chapter.

The September meeting of the Capital Area Chapter of the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame will be held Wednesday 09/24 at the Penbrook American Legion Post 730 at 3813 Walnut St Market St in Harrisburg. The speaker for September is Ernie Accorsi, former General Manager of the Super Bowl Champion New York Giants Pro Football team. As the GM he helped lay the foundation for the team's eventual trip to last year's Super Bowl culminating in the Giant's win over New England. He will briefly share with the membership his insights into professional football and how to build a winning enterprise.
Social Hour begins the evening at 6 pm followed by dinner at 7 pm. Then a brief business meeting precedes the Accorsi presentation.
