Okay so I love to make funny faces (and by "funny" I mean they're really only funny to me). I don't know when this started but it was early on because just about every family picture (even those in which I'm sporting a perm and Keds) has been ruined by me making faces. My mom would love it if I would stop, but it's just too fun...until today that is. I wasn't fortunate enough to witness this, but thanks to a few of my co-workers, I was made aware that one of my ridiculous faces made it on the air! Terrible :( I guess the system we use to run video malfunctioned and played too much of my taped tease, you know, the little segments we do that say something along the lines of "they're fresh, fruity and easy to make...coming up next, everything you need to know about summer cocktails." Anyway, I guess when Photographer, Jim Stanton, and I were out taping our summer cocktails story, I was unhappy with the tease we recorded and of course, made some stupid face afterward that then appeared on this morning's news by accident. I'm not exactly sure why I'm sharing this, maybe just to deal with the embarrassment and oh yeah, remind myself...NO MORE FACES!
